Each cabinet can take up to 5 full-sized (18&#8243; by 26&#8243;) sheet pans or up to 10 half-sized (18&#8243; by 13&#8243;) sheet or biscuit pans. It is NSF-certified and has a high-gauge 304 stainless steel construction.<\/p>\n<p>The hinged doors are tempered and have thermos glass, which makes the interiors easier to see. There&#8217;s also no build-up of condensation on the glass plus a manual front trap to take care of humidity.<\/p>\n<p>The RM-5PUW-2 has a controller with an integrated timer and an interior temperature display.
