It has a big hopper which will allow you to process bulky vegetables like cabbage and lettuce, while also allowing you to process smaller vegetables with uniformity and consistency. <\/p>\n<p>It has a comprehensive range of discs, which will allow you to slice, ripple-cut, grate, cut into sticks, strips, or dice. It has an easy-to-use, simple design and is immensely strong, durable, and versatile. It can process up to 110 pounds per hour, or 7 pounds per minute.
