A model like this would be best suited for use at convenience stores, gas stations, grocery stores, stadiums, and more places where prepared hot food is served.<\/p>\n<p>The SHDM models have a pass-through, or dual-service, design, this means it&#8217;s open on the front and back, so employees and customers can directly reach in or serve themselves. There are 2 levels, each with adjustable divider rods to help keep foods separate and present an organized appearance.<\/p>\n<p>Infrared heaters above each shelf are controlled by independent thermostats so each shelf can have its own temperature, the unit&#8217;s range is 86\u00b0 to 185\u00b0 Fahrenheit (30\u00b0 to 85\u00b0 Celsius). The lighting is also independently-controlled.
