This model is NSF-approved and functions to hold warm or hot food products until they&#8217;re ready to be served to customers.<\/p>\n<p>It has a heat mode with 9 adjustable settings, up to 185\u00b0 Fahrenheit (85\u00b0 Celsius) and a proof mode that can adjust the humidity between 30% and 100% up to 115\u00b0 Fahrenheit (46.1\u00b0 Celsius). There&#8217;s an integrated, easy-to-read LED display on the bottom control drawer, which can also be removed for easy cleaning. The cabinet has an air baffle and circulating air blower, which provide uniform heat distribution throughout the unit.<\/p>\n<p>The SHPI features a polycarbonate field-reversible door with an aluminum frame that lifts off for convenient cleaning and accessibility.
