The oven chamber has two, 1-1\/2&#8243; Fibra-ment stones with a 7&#8243; deck height, and, independently controlled top heat to damper the oven&#8217;s temperature for an even cook. The temperature range is 300 &#8211; 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Ovens are shipped from the factory ready for natural gas installation, and a liquid propane conversion kit is included with each unit.<\/p>\n<p>This pizza deck oven has a heavy duty construction with a high quality stainless steel top, front, sides, and legs. Additionally, the doors are insulated and spring-loaded.
