The well itself is 6.5&#8243; deep and easy to clean.<\/p>\n<p>The Cayenne Model 2000 is designed to hold heated prepared foods at temperatures above the HACCP &#8220;danger zone&#8221; of 140\u00b0 Fahrenheit (60\u00b0 C). The unit will hold the temperature of this product above 150\u00b0 Fahrenheit (65.6\u00b0 C).
