It features 3 custom, stainless steel U-shaped burners with a combined output of 90,000 BTU per hour. It&#8217;s a great addition for restaurants, diners, steakhouses, coffee shops, and more.<\/p>\n<p>Each 12 inches in width has an independently-controlled heating zone. The unit&#8217;s metal knobs come with a lifetime warranty. The griddle plate is 1-inch-thick polished steel with a 4.3-inch-high backsplash with sloped sides. It has adjustable legs, which range from 4 to 5.5 inches.<\/p>\n<p>The GGHDM-36 is a heavy-duty griddle.
