Hot plates are great appliances for restaurants, coffee shops, steakhouses, and more.<\/p>\n<p>This hot plate&#8217;s metal control knobs come with a lifetime guarantee and its construction is welded stainless and aluminized steel and the grates are cast iron. There are also adjustable legs, which range from 4 to 5.5 inches. A stainless steel drip tray is included.<\/p>\n<p>The HPG4-24 ships ready for natural gas, and a liquid propane conversion kit is included.
