It&#8217;s to be used with pizzas, but also breads, toasts, and more by putting them in direct contact with the 2 ceramic baking decks. The stone hearth shelves measure 17.5 by 17.5 inches and still have a 2.75-inch height clearance between them for taller products.<\/p>\n<p>The oven has integrated 30-minute timer controls and a temperature range of 150\u00b0 to 750\u00b0 Fahrenheit (66\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 Celsius). Its construction is durable and easy-to-clean stainless steel, both interior and exterior. The cooking chamber measures (WDH) 18.5 by 19.1 by 9.4 inches.<\/p>\n<p>The oven&#8217;s door gasket is more efficient, holding more heat inside, saving both energy and money.
