These upright broilers have been designed to work with Vulcan&#8217;s V Series of heavy-duty ranges.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stainless steel front, sides and base to withstand commercial use<\/li>\n<li>1.25&#8243; diameter front gas manifold (single deck models only)<\/li>\n<li>Infrared broilers have four each 25,000 BTU\/hr burners per deck<\/li>\n<li>Ceramic radiant broilers have three 32,500 BTU\/hr per deck<\/li>\n<li>Up to 1000 degree searing temperatures on grid<\/li>\n<li>Two infinite heat controls per deck<\/li>\n<li>Spring balanced, five-position grid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>VULCAN V SERIES<\/h4>\n<p>The V Series is Vulcan&#8217;s fully customizable, heavy-duty range series. You can pick and choose different sections and add them side by side. There&#8217;s a wide variety of oven tops and bases, as well as matched fryers, broilers, and more.<\/p>\n<p>Please keep in mind that the configuration options will vary depending on the width of the section you&#8217;re purchasing. For instance, the 48&#8243; section is only available as a modular item and as a charbroiler, whereas the 36&#8243; section is available as a single french-top, manual griddle, etc. and can be paired with a standard oven, convection oven, and so-on.
