They can be ordered as self-contained models (VSC models). You can order these from 36&#8243; to 96&#8243; wide.<\/p>\n<p>These V Series refrigerated bases have stainless steel inside and out, plus a five-year compressor warranty. You can pick and choose different sections and add them side by side. There&#8217;s a wide variety of oven tops and bases, as well as matched fryers, broilers, and more.<\/p>\n<p>Please keep in mind that the configuration options will vary depending on the width of the section you&#8217;re purchasing. For instance, the 48&#8243; section is only available as a modular item and as a charbroiler, whereas the 36&#8243; section is available as a single french-top, manual griddle, etc. and can be paired with a standard oven, convection oven, and so-on.
