This slow-cooking oven will naturally brown your food and caramelize your meats, creating delicious meals with incredible ease.<\/p>\n<p>It has a capacity of eight baking pans (18&#8243; x 26&#8243; x 1&#8243;) or sixteen steam table pans (12&#8243; x 20&#8243; x 2.5&#8243;). It&#8217;s been designed to save you time and labour costs, and it&#8217;ll work in a variety of commercial kitchens: schools, restaurants, colleges, hospitals, and assisted living homes.<\/p>\n<p>This is part of Vulcan&#8217;s Restaurant series of cook and hold ovens. The VRH series has knob controls and can bake up to 250\u00b0 Fahrenheit.
