Panasonic’s SR-42HZP is an electric rice cooker with a capacity of 23 cups of uncooked rice, or 46 cups of cooked rice, which is about 94 three-ounce servings. It has a removable aluminum alloy pan with a thickness of 1.95mm.

This model has a circular sheath heater with a safety thermal fuse built-in as well as double coil to provide uniform heat while cooking. The lid has a silicone sealant to reduce the risk of fungus.

The SR-42HZP is NSF-certified and comes with a 90-day warranty.
