Rational’s double-sided pizza tray and grill is for preparing frozen or fresh pizza, flatbreads, and more on the flat baking side while the indented grill side is for meat, fish, and even vegetables. One side is smooth and flat, whereas the other has consistent raised indentations for making those iconic grill marks.

It is available in 2 sizes, GN 2/3 and 1/1. It also has non-stick TriLax coating. This product can handle temperatures up to 572° Fahrenheit (300° Celsius) and should be pre-heated before use with food.

This is a combi oven-compatible product, so it will fit inside brands like Rational, but you should check the internal dimensions of your combi oven first to see which size of product will fit.
