It’s suitable for use with temperatures up to 572° Fahrenheit (300° Celsius) and have excellent heat conduction. A sheet like this is best for cooking and baking hard rolls, croissants, Danishes, and more.

This is a combi oven-compatible product, so it will fit inside brands like Rational, but you should check the internal dimensions of your combi oven first to see which size of product will fit.
