The Resfab MB-502ATV is a ventless electric floor model deep fryer with 2 vats, each with a capacity of 55 pounds for oil/shortening or 64 to 80 pieces of fresh breaded chicken. It utilizes an auto-lift system which can fit 1 full-size basket or 2 independently operated half-size baskets per well. It has NSF Certification, Energy Star Certification, and is available with 4 different electrical configurations for each bank.

This ventless fryer has an integrated Ansul R-102 fire suppression system. The hood system meets NFPA 96 and exceeds EPA Standard 202 for releasing particulate matters.

This model features a touch screen control with 40 programmable menus with options to set cooking times, temperatures, and more. The fryer has an idle mode and also a sleep mode after 30 minutes of non-use.

The MB502-ATV includes 2 full-size baskets, 4 half-size baskets, 1 cover/lid per vat, 1 rinse discharge hose, gloves, brushes, and paperless filter system. This product comes with a 2-year parts and labour warranty. It does not have a plug and needs to be hardwired in.
