The Resfab MB-50ATV is a ventless electric floor model deep fryer with a capacity of 55 pounds for oil/shortening or 40 pieces of fresh breaded chicken. It utilizes an auto-lift system which can fit 1 full-size basket or 2 independently operated half-size baskets. It has NSF Certification, Energy Star Certification, and is available with 4 different electric configurations.

The ventless fryer has an integrated Ansul R-102 fire suppression system. The hood system exceeds NFPA 96 and EPA Standard 202 for releasing particulate matters.

This model features a touch screen control with 40 programmable menus with options to set cooking times, temperatures, and more. The fryer has an idle / stand-by mode for saving energy plus oil quality and lifespan. It also has a sleep mode after 30 minutes of non-use.

The MB50-ATV includes 1 full-size basket, 2 half-size baskets, 1 cover/lid per vat, 1 rinse discharge hose, gloves, brushes, and paperless filter system. This product comes with a 2-year parts and labour warranty. It does not have a plug and needs to be hardwired in.
