The Resfab MB-85B is an electric floor model deep fryer with manual controls and a capacity of 85 pounds for oil/shortening or 90 pieces of fresh breaded chicken. It has NSF Certification, Energy Star Certification, and is available with 208 or 240 volts. Unlike the other Resfab MB-85 models, the 85B does not have have an auto-lift, control, or filter.

It can fit 1 full-size basket (included), 2 half-size baskets (included), or 3 third-size baskets (not included). The fryer comes with casters and has a stainless steel construction. It doesn’t take any time for the temperature to recover so multiple batches can be fried one after another. The pot is insulated to retain an appropriate oil temperature. The heater lifts up for easy cleaning.

This product comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty. It does not have a plug and needs to be hardwired in.
