The Resfab RM-5PUW-2 is a mobile double-stacked heated holding cabinet unit for housing and displaying warm food products. Each cabinet can take up to 5 full-sized (18″ by 26″) sheet pans or up to 10 half-sized (18″ by 13″) sheet or biscuit pans. It is NSF-certified and has a high-gauge 304 stainless steel construction.

The hinged doors are tempered and have thermos glass, which makes the interiors easier to see. There’s also no build-up of condensation on the glass plus a manual front trap to take care of humidity.

The RM-5PUW-2 has a controller with an integrated timer and an interior temperature display. The unit comes on four 3-inch casters, the 2 at the front are locking and the 2 at the back are swiveling.

This item comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty. This product does not have a plug and needs to be hardwired in.
