The Robot Coupe CL-40 is a high-quality continuous-feed vegetable prep machine, which was designed for institutions, delicatessens, caterers, and restaurateurs. It has a big hopper which will allow you to process bulky vegetables like cabbage and lettuce, while also allowing you to process smaller vegetables with uniformity and consistency.

It has a comprehensive range of discs, which will allow you to slice, ripple-cut, grate, cut into sticks, strips, or dice. It has an easy-to-use, simple design and is immensely strong, durable, and versatile. It can process up to 110 pounds per hour, or 7 pounds per minute. The large hopper can hold up to 7 tomatoes and the cylindrical feed tube will ensure uniform cutting of long, thin fruits and vegetables.
