The Sammic ES-200 is an electric, NSF-approved spinner with 0.75 HP, 2 speeds, and 3 fixed cycles for spinning and drying salad components and has a cycle capacity of 26 pounds (12 kilograms or 11.7 litres). The spinner has a maximum RPM of 900 so it can get the job done in as little as 1 to 3 minutes for a maximum output of 1,600 pounds per hour.

It comes with a removable and lightweight stainless steel drying basket and casters with brakes so the unit can be easily moved around or stored under a countertop. The heavy-duty lid is transparent and has a self-opening mechanism as well as a safety braking system to stop basket rotation once the lid is opened.

The control panel is waterproof and easy to use, there’s also an electronic timer with 1-, 2-, and 3-minute cycles. The ES-200 has a weight distribution detection system (VCS) to keep it steady and reduce shaking while in operation. It has a 3-phase motor with a dependable electronic speed variator meaning it can be connected to a 1-phase supply.
