The Scotsman CU50GA-1 is an air-cooled, undercounter ice machine that makes gourmet ice. It produces up to 64 pounds of ice daily and has a storage capacity of 26 pounds. This ice maker has an optional configuration – the Scotsman CU50PA-1 – that comes with a built-in drain pump to expel water.

The Scotsman CU50GA-1 has a compact footprint; its dimensions (WDH) are 15” x 22” x 35”; and a front breathing vent allows it flexible placement within your kitchen. Unique to this Scotsman ice machine is its greaseless bearing. This bearing has no balls, and instead, self-lubricates, which will save you service costs. This machine is designed, engineered, and assembled in the USA. It is also NSF certified and Energy Star Certified.

Gourmet ice is restaurant-quality cube meant to rapidly cool down a beverage without watering it down. Thanks to its size and unique shape, gourmet ice is slow to melt.
