Sierra’s SHDM-24PT is a 23.6-inch-wide commercial-grade heated display merchandiser for hot sandwiches, burgers, boxed food, and more. A model like this would be best suited for use at convenience stores, gas stations, grocery stores, stadiums, and more places where prepared hot food is served.

The SHDM models have a pass-through, or dual-service, design, this means it’s open on the front and back, so employees and customers can directly reach in or serve themselves. There are 2 levels, each with adjustable divider rods to help keep foods separate and present an organized appearance.

Infrared heaters above each shelf are controlled by independent thermostats so each shelf can have its own temperature, the unit’s range is 86° to 185° Fahrenheit (30° to 85° Celsius). The lighting is also independently-controlled. The case features a black, powder-coated finish and tempered glass sides, so the products can still be viewed from all sides.

The SHDM-24PT comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
