The Star 5136CD is a 36-inch electric charbroiler. It is constructed of polished stainless steel and features a 1-inch stainless steel splash guard on each side. It has six, sheath-type heating elements, and every 12-inches of the heating surface can be controlled.

Charbroilers can cook a variety of foods: steak, chicken, hamburgers, and more! Most professional restaurants have them, as they give an authentic barbecue taste to food.
