TurboChef’s Bullet is a commercial-grade countertop high speed oven with radiant heat, high-speed air impingement, and side-launched microwave heat to cook food in restaurants, convenience stores, hotels, resorts, and more locations. This ventless oven features 7-inch, easy-to-use, one-touch, touchscreen controls and the smart menu system can store up to 256 recipes. It can be stacked, although a stacking kit is required.

The exterior has a stainless steel construction while the interior is 201 stainless steel. The cooking chamber measures 6 by 15.5 by 14.5 inches (HWD), and is fully welded and insulated so the exterior remains cool to the touch. The machine is USB-compatible and features built-in self-diagnostics for maintenance of excellent performance.

The Bullet includes an aluminum paddle, baking stone with side hand grips, cleaner packet, bottle, guard bottle, 2 foamer triggers, and stainless steel crumb tray plus a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
