A sturdy and reliable high speed oven with microwave and impingement

The TurboChef i3 is a commercial-quality high speed oven with a top-launched microwave system, independently-controlled top and bottom dual motors for recirculating impingement flow, and a stirrer to help evenly distribute the microwave and air. This model is great for restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, and more.

This model has a 7-inch one-touch touchscreen with a tempered glass cover. It also features a recirculating catalytic converter for ventless operation, and it’s able to store up to 200 unique recipe settings. The cooking chamber measures 6.9 by 19.4 by 12.75 inches (HWD).

The exterior’s front, sides, and top are two-tone stainless steel while the interior is 304 stainless steel. The cooking chamber is fully insulated with a removable rack plus top and bottom jetplates.

The i3 comes with an aluminum paddle, standard rack, 2 solid PTFE baskets, oven cleaner, oven guard, 2 trigger sprayers, plus a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
