A narrow, 16″-wide high speed oven with microwave and impingement

The TurboChef Sota i1 is a compact commercial-grade high speed oven with independently-controlled dual motors for vertically-recirculated air impingement plus a top-launched microwave system. It’s only 16 inches wide, so it doesn’t take up much counterspace – perfect for restaurants, cafés, bistros, and more.

There’s a 7-inch one-touch touchscreen control panel and a stirrer to help distribute air and microwave evenly. It’s also ventless and features the capability to store unlimited recipes. Its also cool to touch, with the exterior never exceeding 50° Celsius.

The exterior’s outer wrap and door are powder-coated, corrosion-resistant steel while the interior is 201/304 stainless steel. The cooking chamber is fully welded and insulated, the rack and lower jetplate are removable.

The Sota i1 comes with an aluminum paddle, 2 solid aluminum pans, a cleaner packet, 24-oz. bottle, guard bottle, and 2 foamer triggers, plus a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
