One of Unox’s ChefTop Series’ countertop model is the XAVC-06FS, which features a capacity of 6x full-sized sheet pans (18 by 26 inches). This model is Energy Star- and NSF-Certified.

The XAVC-06FS features AI technology that can help you with various types of cooking such as roasting, grilling, pan frying, sous vide cooking, dehydrating, steaming, and more. There is an automatic mode which allows you to select from over 1,000 pre-programmed options and the oven will do the rest, adjusting settings like temperature and cooking times on its own. There is also a manual mode if you want complete control over the cooking process.

You can cook a full load of: 2.8-pound chickens in 39 minutes, steamed potatoes in 24, grilled pork chops in 8, and crunchy bacon in just 6. The oven features a 9.5-inch touch screen control panel, the ability to manage up to 10 cooking processes at the same time, and Wi-Fi/USB for transferring data to HACCP software.

The Unox ChefTop XAVC-06FS comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty. It can be ordered with the handle on the left- or right-hand side depending on your preference. It’s also available with 2 gas types: natural gas or liquid propane; or 6 electrical configurations: 208 volts and 1 phase; 208 volts and 3 phase; 240 volts and 1 phase; 240 volts and 3 phase; 440 volts and 3 phase; and 480 volts and 3 phase.
