The Vollrath CBL90122 medium-duty charbroiler is perfect for introducing grilled products into your menu. It ships configured to run on natural gas, but it includes a kit with a regular in case you want it to run on liquid propane. It also ships with a kit to have it run on radiant heat or lava rocks. The choice is yours!

The dimensions (WDH) of this charbroiler are 12″ x 27″ x 16″. Need to dispense fat? This machine has an integrated channel to make removal easy, which will, in turn, reduce flare-ups. Ultimately, this charbroiler is perfect for grilling fish and other delicate items.
