The Vollrath COA7002 is a countertop convection oven and a member of their signature Cayenne® line. It’s perfect for those wanting to diversify their menu with baked goods. The machine has three shelves that fit half-sized sheet pans, and its overall dimensions (WDH) sit at 24″ x 24″ x 18″. Its exterior is crafted of tough stainless steel.

This countertop oven comes equipped with a custom baffle fan and diffuser plate to ensure your goods are cooked evenly. Additionally, it has a 120-minute bake timer that turns off after a set time. And with knob guards on the thermostat, you don’t have to worry about those accidental adjustments.
