Vollrath’s GGMDM-18 is a commercial-grade gas-powered griddle with manual controls, measuring 18 inches across. It features a single, custom, stainless steel U-shaped burner with an output of 28,000 BTU per hour. It’s a great addition for restaurants, diners, steakhouses, coffee shops, and more.

The unit’s metal knob comes with a lifetime warranty. The griddle plate is 3/4-inch-thick polished steel with a 2.75-inch-high backsplash with sloped sides. It has adjustable legs, which range from 4 to 5.5 inches.
