Vollrath’s commercial-quality ladle spoon has a stainless steel build and mirror finish. It’s available in 3 capacities: 4, 6, and 8 ounces, each with a different coloured handle. It has a perforated design to strain out liquids and retain solids. It’s easy to use with a stopper that prevents it from falling into pots, and it’s long enough to get into those hard-to-reach places. Ladles like this are standard in many commercial kitchens.

The coloured nylon handles are easy to quickly identify, heat-resistant up to 450° Fahrenheit (232° Celsius), and have a thumb notch. The ladle has all-natural antimicrobial properties that protect against bacteria and has NSF approval.
