Vollrath’s PBOV-208240 is a commercial-quality electric countertop pizza baking oven. It’s to be used with pizzas, but also breads, toasts, and more by putting them in direct contact with the 2 ceramic baking decks. The stone hearth shelves measure 17.5 by 17.5 inches and still have a 2.75-inch height clearance between them for taller products.

The oven has integrated 30-minute timer controls and a temperature range of 150° to 750° Fahrenheit (66° to 400° Celsius). Its construction is durable and easy-to-clean stainless steel, both interior and exterior. The cooking chamber measures (WDH) 18.5 by 19.1 by 9.4 inches.

The oven’s door gasket is more efficient, holding more heat inside, saving both energy and money. The door can also easily be taken off while cleaning, and the oven features a 4-foot long cord, for a variety of placement options.

The PBOV comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
