Vollrath’s RO4-15 is a commercial-quality rotisserie oven, capable of cooking up to 15 birds at a time. It’s a countertop model that can cook, warm, hold, and display all in one appliance. It can accommodate foods such as chicken, ribs, roasts, fish, veggies, and more.

It features a fan to help circulate heat evenly for a better cooking experience. It has thermostatic control with a temperature range from 150° to 450° Fahrenheit (66° to 232° Celsius) and 2 modes: one for cooking and one for warming. The carousel, doors, drip tray, and baskets are all removable and easy to clean.

The RO4-15 has a sturdy structure and design for ideal stability and longevity with heavy-duty legs, which adjust from 4 to 5 inches. Plus, this model also has a 6-foot-long power cord with a plug to give you a wide variety of options for where you’d like to place it.
