The Vollrath TS18002-C is a commercial-grade panini grill with grooved top and bottom plates. It has dual top plates with separate controls for maximum customizability. And a grill like this isn’t limited to just paninis, it can also cook, toast, and grillmark regular sandwiches, bagels, chicken, fish, burgers, veggies, and more.

It features durable and heavy-duty cast iron grill plates with great heat retention. The top plate also has pivot-action to accommodate for foods with different thicknesses. A highly-efficient heating element provides even heating, meaning consistent final products.

The grill has thermostatic controls with a temperature range of 125° to 575° Fahrenheit (51° to 301° Celsius). Its design is low-profile with a brushed stainless steel exterior, a lighted power switch, as well as a ready light when the set temperature is reached.

The TS18002-C comes with a cleaning brush and a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
