Winco has 7 different sizes of seamless aluminum pizza screens: 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 18 inch. These screens require hand-washing. Perforated pizza pans and regular, solid pizza pans are also available.

Pizza screens have a mesh bottom, which allow the heat to transfer easily into the pizza’s dough and cook more evenly on the top and the bottom, resulting in a crispier pizza. Pizza screens are often used in convection ovens because they allow the flowing air to access the bottom of the pizza. These can work for thin crust or regular crust pizzas.
