They are made of stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2mm, meaning these are higher quality than thinner spoons and have superior durability. The black ABS handle has a notch to keep it hooked on the edge of a pot rather than it falling into the mix. The spoon is dishwasher-safe and NSF-approved.
