The Winco CPSF springform cake pan is made of tin. It has an exterior latch that is easy to open. The cake pan is available with an 8- or 10-inch diameter. It is 3 inches high, and it can withstand temperatures of up to 250° Celsius.

Springform cake baking pans are made to aid in the cooking of delicate desserts. Some desserts, like cheese cake or fruit tarts, have delicate tops. If you were to cook these in a traditional baking pan for cakes, removing them would be next to impossible without damaging the dessert itself. With springform cake pans, you can simply unlatch the pan and remove it from the dessert.
