The Winco GBK-348 is a grill brick for your commercial griddle. It is 3.5″ x 4″ x 8″ and can be used to get all the burnt-on food and grease off of your grill. Sometimes these are used on people’s charbroilers and BBQs, but most of the time these are reserved for griddles. A grill brick is also sometimes called a griddle brick, or a grill stone.
