Winco’s IB-21 white ingredient bin has an internal capacity of 79.5 litres. It can be used in kitchens, bakeries, and stores. The purpose of a bin like this is to store and move large quantities of ingredients.

The bin measures 13 inches wide, 29.25 inches deep, and 28 inches high. It has a polypropylene body and a polycarbonate lid. The lid is transparent, slanted, and has a super-clasp, meaning it slides open and closed easily.

The IB-21 has four 3-inch casters, two of which are fixed and two of which have brakes and swivel. An internal storage clasp holds the scoop in place and keeps the handle away from the ingredient. This bin includes the scoop and is NSF-certified.
