This Winco springform cake pan is made of aluminized steel. It has non-stick coating on both the interior and exterior, with latches that are easy to open. We have an 8-inch and a 10-inch diameter available. The rim is reinforced, and the pan is heat tolerant up to a temperature of 260° Celsius.

Springform cake baking pans are made to aid in the cooking of delicate desserts. Some desserts, like cheese cake or fruit tarts, have delicate tops. If you were to cook these in a traditional cake pan, removing them would be next to impossible without damaging the dessert itself. With springform cake pans, you can simply unlatch the pan and remove it from the dessert.
