This Winco French whip is made of stainless steel and is considered a staple of many commercial kitchens and restaurants. Not all whips are created equal! A French whip (or French whisk), is not as flexible as a Piano whip. It’s better suited to stirring thicker foods, such as spaghetti sauce.

This French whip comes in many lengths: 10″, 12″, 14″, 16″, 18″, and 20″. When choosing a length, you’ll want to consider how deep the cooking vessel is that you plan on using it with. Additionally, you may want to consider how hot the food is that you’re mixing. The farther away the user is away from the food, the less chance they have of being burned.
