This Winco piano whip is made of stainless steel and is considered a staple of many commercial kitchens and restaurants. Not all whips are created equal! A piano whip, otherwise known as a piano whisk, is a lot more flexible than a French whip. It’s better suited for mixing really light foods: eggs, whipped cream, hollandaise sauce, and so-on.
