These Winco tongs are constructed of stainless steel. They have a spring hinge. Tongs like these are common in a wide variety of commercial kitchens. These tongs come in three standard lengths: 9 inches, 12 inches, and 16 inches; the longer being better for reaching across hot surfaces and the shorter being more suitable for serving vegetables or toppings.

These tongs are not one-piece nor do they have colour-coding. These tongs are meant more for general use with foods you don’t have to worry about cross-contaminating.
