Winco’s TKP-51 serving blade can be used for slicing and distributing pie, cake, or even pizza in any kind of restaurant, diner, or café. It can be used for quick cake decorating and features a stainless steel blade, except for its offset portion. The blade also has a satin finish.

The ergonomic black polypropylene handle is slip-resistant, featuring comfortable embossed ridges on the front and back. This pie server is dishwasher-safe and NSF-listed.
